We will have the extraordinary guest artist Lisa Belikova, originally from Moscow, Russia. With a musical background in piano and opera for 7 years at the "Schnittke Moscow State Institute of Music," Lisa decided to explore the world of jazz for greater creative freedom. Her connection to jazz goes back to her grandfather, who used to play jazz on the piano. Lisa Belikova finds inspiration in great voices like Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, and Sophie Milman. Her passion is to share the culture she grew up with, transforming themes from Russian folklore, boleros, pop, and opera into captivating jazz pieces.
